Frequently Asked Questions
-
When does Horizon shut down?
Horizon will be fully operational until December 15, 2026. You don't need to rush — but starting early gives you more time to get comfortable before the deadline.
-
Do I have to switch to Spectora?
Spectora is Carson Dunlop's recommended path forward, but you're not required to use it. It's the option with the most support, the smoothest transition resources, and the largest inspector community — but the choice is yours.
-
Do I need a Spectora account to access these courses?
Yes — these courses are free with your Spectora account. You can start a free trial at spectora.com with no credit card required. Two free inspections are included so you can explore the platform before subscribing.
-
Do I have to watch the lessons in order?
No. Every lesson stands alone so you can jump to what you need most. If you're just getting started, the migration and account setup sections are a good place to begin.
